1. Statement 1 is correct. The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has more than 80 member nations. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, AIIB had 103 approved members, including countries from various regions around the world.

2. Statement 2 is incorrect. While India is indeed a significant shareholder in AIIB, it is not the largest shareholder. China holds the largest share of voting rights and is the largest shareholder in AIIB.

3. Statement 3 is incorrect. AIIB is not limited to members from Asia only. It has members from various regions, including countries from outside Asia, who have joined the bank to support infrastructure development projects in the Asian region.
